My name is Jud Holmes. There is no “about us” for my company because its just me. I take the application, lock the loan and gather the paperwork to get the approval completed. Most of my friends in the business think that I’m crazy to do it all myself but I can assure you, you get way better service when there is only one person involved in getting your loan done. Because of this system, I do fewer loans per month than many of my colleagues but the clients I do work with get the best rates and the best service. I like to keep things simple and hiring a bunch of people means I have to charge more in the form of higher rates, which is something I refuse to do.
